If your payment processor sends no settlement report automatically, you can upload a list of reference numbers to match. In this example, the reference number must exist in the QuickBooks order number and memo fields. Connex will match the memo to the reference number.

How does it work?
Here are the steps:
- Login to Connex.
- Click configure.
- On the left, click match deposits.
- Enter the deposit date, total credit card fees, and upload a one column CSV with a header called Reference Number. This reference number must exist in the QuickBooks sales receipt memo field. Connex will find checks where the reference number and check number are identical.
Connex will save these details to the database and match the deposit in the background. If sales are missing, Connex will log them at connexforquickbooks.com/report/log
