What does this error mean?
In QuickBooks, our software creates a service item called SalesTax. If you add tax as a line item, Connex adds this item to the order. If this item is of type sales tax item, then the sync will fail. Only QuickBooks tax codes can use this item type.

Error 3210 : While trying to Add a(n) Sales order with order number of #9385, QB responded The "line item rate/ratepercent" field has an invalid value "You cannot set the the rate for the given sales tax item line, use the amount field instead". How do I resolve this error?
Here are the steps:
- Log into QuickBooks.
- Go to lists and click item list.
- Find the SalesTax item.
- Rename it to SalesTax2:
- Login to Connex for QuickBooks.
- Under manually sync an existing connection, change the sync dates to the missing sales.
- Click sync now.
- Run the web connector.
