Why does Connex fail to update tracking details in QB?

Here are the points of failure:

  1. The order's status must say shipped. If it says awaiting shipment or something else, it will not update QB. See attached example.
  2. On the Connex transaction tab, look at the transaction mode. If it says sales orders, Connex will only modify sales orders.
  3. We have seen cases where shipping an order fails to update the modified date, so our system never receives it. If you ship an order and it fails to update, let us know. What was the time on your computer, when you shipped the order? Each order has a modified date and we can ask ShipStation why they failed to modify an order, if SS created a shipment.
  4. When you make an invoice, does the sales order have tracking details?
