Inventory adjustments can fail to sync because items have not been updated recently or if items do not exist in QB.
For SKU Vault and LightSpeed customers, you can sync inventory from their solution to QB. There are several reasons why the inventory fails to sync:
- Your inventory has not been updated recently. You can either update the products or change your sync dates in Connex. Go to the inventory tab. Scroll down to inventory adjustments. Change the timers to a few days ago:
- Make sure that there is a match between your product SKU and QB item name.
