Why are orders failing to sync from QB to my ordering solution?


Orders fail to sync for many reasons. One of the most common is the class field and a delay.

Where it the class field?

By default, all orders must have a class that matches the name of your ordering solution. This class must be located on the top right of the order. In this example, we want to sync orders to ShipStation from QB:

In QB, go to File > Update Web Services. Check the box next to Connex and click update selected: 

How do I resync orders?

Modifying an order in QB will cause Connex to resync the transaction. Modifying an order is adding or changing a line or altering the memo field.

How do I see if orders are pending?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Select the connection at the my connections page where you are syncing the orders.
  3. On the top menu, click account.
  4. On the next screen, click pending transactions:
