Order Prefix by Store


ShipStation allows two stores to have the same order number. This can cause our system to fail to insert the order because another order already exists.


You must set up a rule to add an order prefix to these orders. In this case, we have a store called My Amazon Store:

  1. In Connex for QuickBooks, hover over the gear box and click rules engine.
  2. Add this rule:
