Getting Started with Syncing Customers from QuickBooks

How It Works

Here is how it works:

  1. Our system will insert your updated customers in our database.
  2. Sync them with Infusionsoft in the background.
  3. Then clear them out in the queue. 

Initial Bulk Import

We recommend exporting a spreadsheet of contacts from QB, then using Infusionsoft's spreadsheet upload tool. For more details, see this KB.


To sync customers from QuickBooks, follow these steps:

  1. At the configure page of Connex for QuickBooks, click the advanced tab.
  2. Scroll down to customers from QuickBooks sync settings.
  3. Check the box for sync customers and change the dates:
