How It Works
Here is how it works:
- Our system will insert your updated customers in our database.
- Sync them with Infusionsoft in the background.
- Then clear them out in the queue.
Initial Bulk Import
We recommend exporting a spreadsheet of contacts from QB, then using Infusionsoft's spreadsheet upload tool. For more details, see this KB.
To sync customers from QuickBooks, follow these steps:
- At the configure page of Connex for QuickBooks, click the advanced tab.
- Scroll down to customers from QuickBooks sync settings.
- Check the box for sync customers and change the dates:
