What is the best way to sync historical Amazon orders?

What is the best way to sync a large number of historical Amazon orders?

In this example, the date is April 24th, 2017. The customer is trying to sync orders from February 1st to February 28th. Our tool pulls Amazon orders by their date modified, so it is possible to miss orders if he syncs the first to the twenty-eighth. Our tool will catch duplicate orders and resync the missing ones. Since the orders are contained in the spreadsheet, it is much faster than syncing by date.

What headers should the sheet contain?

Here are the headers for the sample sheet.

How do I sync the orders?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login into Amazon seller central and export a list of orders.
  2. Login to Connex.
  3. Select your Amazon connection and click configure.
  4. Hover over the gear and click reports.
  5. Click Amazon orders.
  6. Upload the sheet. We recommend breaking the sheet into groups of 2,000 or less.

Connex will redirect you to the pending transactions page. You may download orders 800 at a time, until the queue is empty.
