How does Connex map inventory items for Infusionsoft?

Connex will map an inventory item, if the following conditions are met:

  1. In Infusionsoft, go to your product list. Ensure that the type if product and not digital.
  2. When you create an order, make sure that the product exists in Infusionsoft. They allow you to create ad-hoc products. If the type is non-inventory, then our tool will map a non inventory item: inv_item.png
