Can I sync these orders?
You can sync sales receipts from QuickBooks POS to your shipping solution. Any product that says sync orders from QuickBooks is supported.
How do I set it up?
Login to Connex and select configure under an existing connection. On the Settings page, select the Sync from QuickBooks Manually menu. Check the first box. Choose the store to receive the orders. Click Sync Now.
Can I exclude orders from syncing?
You can use our rules engine to exclude orders from exporting. In this example, we will exclude orders where the tracking number does not contain ShipStation. You can also use the store number filter.
- Login to Connex.
- Hover over the gear/Settings drop-down menu and select Rules Engine.
- Click Add New Rule.
