Sometimes, repeat customers move. When they create an order on your website, they enter their new address. If you hand enter an order, QB uses the old address. Connex can take the address from the order and update the customer record.
How do I enable the setting?
Login to Connex and click configure. Scroll down to advanced customer. Here is the setting:
