Our tool pulls orders by their date modified. A company file rebuild could modify several orders. As a result, the volume is too large and Connex will stop working.
How do I get the connector running again?
In this example, today's date is June 19th, 2017. If you are syncing orders from QB, follow these steps:
- Login to Connex
- Click submit at my connections.
- On sync manually from QuickBooks section, change the dates to tomorrow and tomorrow plus a few days:
- Click submit.
- In QB, open an order.
- Add test to the memo.
- Click save.
- Performs steps five through eight for each order.
- Run your web connector.
