Why does the web connector freeze?

Introduction

The web connector can freeze if you're syncing data too fast. You can disable your inventory adjustment sync or your orders from QB sync.

Disable Inventory Adjustment

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Select your connection at my connections.
  3. On the configure page, click inventory.
  4. Scroll to the bottom.
  5. Disable the inventory adjustment sync: 
  6. Optionally, you could set the timers to twenty four hours from now or a one hour range. When the connector runs, it will set the timers to the last time the connector ran.
  7. Click submit.
  8. Run your web connector.

Disable Orders from QB

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Select your connection at my connections.
  3. On the configure page, click QB export.
  4. Scroll to the bottom.
  5. Disable the sync: 
  6. Optionally, you could set the timers to twenty four hours from now or a one hour range. When the connector runs, it will set the timers to the last time the connector ran.
  7. Click submit.
  8. Run your web connector.
