How do the fields map from QB to Infusionsoft?

How do customers match?

Here is the matching logic:

  1. If QB has an email for the customer, then Connex will search for customers with that email. If two or more Infusionsoft customers contain the same email, Connex will choose the one where the first name and email match. We recommend ensuring that every QB customer has an email that matches an existing contact in Infusionsoft.
  2. If the QB customer has no email, then Connex uses these fields: first name, last name, company, and city to locate a match.
