How do I sync the quantity available from QB POS?

Introduction

Connex can sync the quantity available or the quantity on hand, during the inventory sync. If you have sales orders, then you should use the quantity available.

Instructions

Here are the steps:

  1. On the Connex configure page, click the inventory tab.
  2. Check the box that says subtract quantity on order.
  3. Click save and sync.
  4. Update an item in QB POS.
  5. In Connex, go to the gear box > reports > pending inventory.
  6. Verify the number.
