Where can I see a log of activity?

View Log

To view your log, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex for QuickBooks.
  2. Hover over the gear box and click transaction log: 

Email Log Errors and New Item Creation

To have errors emailed to you, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex for QuickBooks.
  2. Click submit at my connections.
  3. On the advanced tab, scroll down to log settings.
  4. Enter your email in the textbox.
  5. To receive emails if new items are created, check the box below the email textbox:
