Where can I see a log of activity?

View Log

To view your log, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex for QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the gear icon/Settings drop down menu and select Transaction Log

 

Email Log Errors and New Item Creation

To have errors emailed to you, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex for QuickBooks.
  2. Click Configure under an existing connection.
  3. Expand the Error Logging menu.
  4. Enter your email in the text box.
  5. To receive emails if new items are created, check the box below the email text box:
