Can I sync these orders?
You can sync sales receipts from QB POS to your shipping solution. Any product that says sync orders from QB is supported.
How do I set it up?
Login to Connex. On the configure page, click the QB export tab. Check the first box. Choose the store to receive the orders. Click submit. Here is a diagram of the settings:
Can I exclude orders from syncing?
You can use our rules engine to exclude orders from exporting. In this example, we will exclude orders where the tracking number does not contain SS. You can also use the store number filter.
- Login to Connex.
- Hover over the gear and click rules engine.
- Click add new rule.
