Can I update the price on my site from QuickBooks?

How does it work?

Connex pulls a list of recently modified items and updates items in your store. Connex compares the product SKU and QB item name. If they match, Connex updates stock and pricing.

Where does the pricing update appear?

In your website, you will see pricing updates in the sales price field. For Shopify users, here is the field:

How do I sync pricing updates?

Under the inventory tab, select pricing updates only or update inventory and pricing. Here are the steps:

  1. On the Connex inventory tab, select sync inventory from QB.
  2. Below the checkbox, select update inventory and pricing or update pricing only. Since Connex pulls inventory items during the inventory sync, you must turn on this feature: 

Can I use the price from my price list?

Yes, you can use a price list price. Enable the pricing updates as noted above this paragraph. Here are the steps:

  1. On the Connex advanced tab, scroll down to advanced inventory settings.
  2. Choose a price list:
