How does Connex add the order number?
Connex uses a field called tip receiver, a non-searchable field. The original order number appears in the comments section, but it is also non-searchable. If you add the order number as a line item, QB POS allows you to search.
How do I activate the feature and find orders by number?
- On the Connex advanced tab, check insert order number as line item.
- Click submit.
- Sync an order.
- In QB POS, go to point of sale and click order history.
- Enter the order number.
