Order has no customer first name, last name, or email.

Why does this error occur?

Connex reads the customer's name, company, phone, and email from the QB customer record. When this info is missing, Connex cannot properly map the order.

How do I resolve this error?

Log into QB. Open the customer record for the order. Make sure the customer name, first name, last name, and email are filled out.
